Pass Guarantee Theory Test Pass will refund the charges for the subscription to the website should you fail your Theory Test based on the following conditions: 1. You have taken the 60 Days Access plan. 2. You have completed at least 10 Dynamic Tests. 3. You have completed at least 5 Mock Tests. 4. You have achieved 100% in the last 3 consecutive Mock Tests without re-taking any of the tests. 5. Your Theory Test is taken no more than 2 days after the last Mock Test taken (in which you achieved 100%). The Pass Guarantee only applies to the Theory Test and NOT the Hazard Perception test. In the case that you wish to make a claim, please send us the original copy of your test certificate by special delivery or recorded mail to:

Your certificate will be sent back to you however, Theory Test Pass does not accept responsibility for any damages or losses made by the postal service.
